Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (new releases, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. We ask that you allow the following before raising a query:
- UK orders: 10 business days from dispatch
- International orders: 28 business days from dispatch
