Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your FNAF collection. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note: Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at abz&co123@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll send you return instructions and a returns authorisation
Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging
Step 4: Send it back using a tracked service (you're responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty)

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll process a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
